Graduated from Paul Mitchell Academy in 2004 and has been in the Fort Lauderdale hairstyling scene ever since. As a master hairstylist, Danielle specializes in both women’s and men’s haircuts, custom color for blondes and brunettes, keratin treatments, and hair extensions, consistently delivering exceptional and personalized results to her clients

As a master stylist with advanced global training, she brings extensive experience with top brands such as Goldwell, Redken, Aveda, and Loreal. When she’s not transforming hair, Josie enjoys spending weekends with her husband and two boys.
Meet Lucianne Estrada
STYLIST, MAKEUP ARTIST & PHOTOGRAPHER
With over 16 years in the hair and makeup industry, Lucianne Estrada brings a wealth of talent, artistry, and experience to every client she works with. She began her career early, graduating at just 20 from both Cosmix’s and the Aveda Institute, and quickly developed a passion for color and extensions.
A true creative, Lucianne is not only a sought-after stylist but also a professional photographer and makeup artist. Her expertise has taken her to some of the industry’s most prestigious events, including working the Grammy Awards, where she created red carpet looks for various celebrities. Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, FL, she now calls Los Angeles, CA home, but returns to The House of VP every 6–8 weeks to see her Florida clients.
Her career has been marked by entrepreneurial success—owning and operating Face2Face Studios for over six years, where she first collaborated with Shelly. In 2017, the two joined forces again to open a salon and photography studio in Los Angeles.
Lucianne is our go-to recommendation for brides and clients seeking flawless hair and makeup for weddings, special events, and destination celebrations. When she’s not behind the chair or behind the camera, you’ll find her cherishing time with her husband and two daughters.
Meet Vera Sulaj
SKILLED SALON ASSISTANT & BACK BAR SPECIALIST
Originally from Albania, Vera moved to the United States in 1998, where she faced the challenge of learning a new language and culture. Her passion for beauty led her to graduate from LIBS Cosmetology School in Brooklyn, NY, in 1999, earning her Cosmetology License and beginning her career in the hairstyling industry.
With over 20 years of experience, Vera has honed her skills in assisting stylists, providing exceptional shampoo back bar services, and delivering rejuvenating scalp massages and treatments that leave clients feeling pampered. Her attention to detail and dedication to client satisfaction make her an invaluable asset to the salon.
Specializing in blow dries, Vera ensures every client leaves with perfectly styled, smooth hair. Known for her gentle touch and expert treatments, she prides herself on creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for every guest.
Whether supporting stylists or treating clients to a calming scalp massage, Vera brings her years of expertise and passion to every service, ensuring clients feel refreshed, relaxed, and beautiful.
Meet Lilly Robbins
With a deep-rooted passion for beauty and a sharp eye for detail, Lilly Robbins is the heart behind the smooth operations at The House of VP. She began her journey in the salon industry in 2014, working alongside Shelly at F2F Studios, and has been an integral part of her growth ever since. In 2022, Lilly played a key role in helping Shelly bring her vision for The House of VP to life, assisting with the build-out and launch of the salon, which officially opened its doors in January 2023.
As Salon Manager, Lilly handles everything from front desk operations and appointment scheduling to back-end business management—ensuring every client enjoys a seamless, elevated experience from the moment they walk in. Known for her warmth, positivity, and professionalism, she’s the welcoming face that keeps both the team and clients supported and organized.
Outside the salon, Lilly brings valuable experience in Public Relations and Social Media Management, giving her a unique edge in building the salon’s presence both in-person and online. Her creative background also includes five years as a Miami Dolphins Cheerleader during college, reflecting her dedication, discipline, and love for all things beauty and performance.
Lilly’s goal is simple: to make every guest feel right at home while helping The House of VP thrive.
Meet Shelly Van Pelt Allen

Shelly Allen’s journey in hairstyling began in Saline, Michigan, where her passion for hair artistry took root at a young age. She entered cosmetology school at 15, setting the stage for a career marked by innovation and national acclaim. Born and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Shelly graduated from Huron Valley Beauty Academy in 2002 at the age of 18, excelling with a notable 96% on her cosmetology license exam after starting her training at just 16. Her early dedication laid the foundation for a career focused on mastering hairstyling.
